SIM creates more space for innovation, research and development
Just before Christmas, the ceremony took place. The foundation stone of two new company buildings was laid in the presence of Lord Mayor Daniel Schranz and the head of Oberhausen Wirtschafts- und Tourismusförderung GmbH (OWT), Michael Rüscher.

Almost 3000 square meter of production and office units, as well as space for 20 additional workplaces, are to be built. In addition, the construction of a competence center for training and further education and a day care center for children is planned to increase the familial friendliness of SIM GmbH. A coworking space will also provide start-ups or other companies with an up-to-date opportunity to work from the "office" or offer an alternative to home working.
