As managing director of SIM GmbH - in close cooperation with my team - I have the obligation and the self-image to act responsibly and legally. This applies to interacting with employees and business partners as well as to the contact with our customers, society, and the environment. Thus high standards of corporate responsibilty contribute to our economic success. This responsible conduct applies equally to our employees and business partners, as we all share responsibility for the reputation of our company. The SIM Code of Conduct summarizes the significant principles and rules for our actions and is a guideline for our daily interaction with each other, with customers, and with business partners.
