Micro Reaction Sampler

The Micro-Reaction Sampler enables the reaction of small sample and reagent volumes under high temperature and high pressure in a small glass capsule. After filling in sample and reagent, the capsule is merged and manually crushed in the pyrolysis furnace at the end of the reaction by depressing the crushing rod. The reaction products can be analyzed via GC or GC/MS.

This sampler is used if a reaction does not take place under the conditions of normal reactive pyrolysis (room temperature, ambient pressure).
