The Agilent 1260 Infinity II Fluorescence Detector offers time-programmable excitation and emission wavelength switching, enabling detection sensitivity and selectivity optimization for specific applications. The proven optical and electronic design provides highest sensitivity for the analysis of trace-level components. High-speed UV detection with up to 74 Hz (standard model) or 148 Hz (Spectra model) data rates, helps you keep pace with the analysis speed of fast LC.

The disadvantage of the temperature dependence of a fluorescence measurement can be eliminated by a temperature controlled flow cell.
